Hole No. 1 | Par 4 | Handicap: 13
The opening, medium-length par 4 plays significantly shorter than its yardage. With a slightly right-to-left and downhill fairway, an accurate drive affords an aggressive approach to a large green guarded by a front-left bunker.
Hole No. 2 | Par 4 | Handicap: 9
This dogleg left has a narrow driving area guarded by three fairway bunkers on the right and a wooded area to the left. The second shot requires distance control to a downhill shallow green guarded by a deep green side bunker.
Hole No. 3 | Par 3 | Handicap: 11
A slightly uphill hole, number three plays to a blind green that measures almost 40 yards from front to back. A thick wooded area right and a front-left bunker guard the green. Par is a good score here.
Hole No. 4 | Par 4 | Handicap: 15
This short par 4 gives players options - play aggressively with a driver toward the green or lay up to a generous landing area framed by a fairway bunker to the right. A large green is receptive to a short approach shot.
Hole No. 5 | Par 4 | Handicap: 3
This difficult, straight hole requires a precise tee shot to a narrow landing with a creek running its entire length. The long, narrow and elevated green requires a precise shot to find the putting surface.
Hole No. 6 | Par 5 | Handicap: 7
On this difficult, three-shot hole the drive plays uphill to a narrow fairway protected by trouble right and left. The second shot requires a precise lay up over a fairway-splitting creek. The large, difficult green is undulated.
Hole No. 7 | Par 3 | Handicap: 17
The shortest par 3 on the course, No. 7 has plenty of defense. A creek frames the green front and right, with errant shots finding the hazard. A very large, undulating green makes any long putt very difficult.
Hole No. 8 | Par 4 | Handicap: 1
This is the most difficult hole on the course. The fairway is flat until it turns to the right 200 yards from the green. From there, it drops severely downhill with trouble right and left. The green is guarded by deep bunkers left.
Hole No. 9 | Par 4 | Handicap: 5
The tee shot must navigate over a pond and a deep fairway bunker. The approach shot must avoid the creek in front of the green and a deep greenside bunker. Two more bunkers penalize deep shots.
Hole No. 10 | Par 4 | Handicap: 2
This fun tee shot calls for an accurate ball to avoid three bunkers on the right and OB left. Two more bunkers align the fairway left and right. The green is guarded by a left greenside bunker.
Hole No. 11 | Par 3 | Handicap: 16
This downhill hole plays a club shorter than its distance. Short-right shots find a deep green bunker. The front-left to back-right sitting green is receptive to high shots except for the front portion – which tilts away from approaches.
Hole No. 12 | Par 4 | Handicap: 14
Players must navigate a plethora of bunkers off the tee and around the green to take advantage of this short par 4. A pin sheet is helpful to maneuver around one of the biggest greens on property and avoid five bunkers by the green.
Hole No. 13 | Par 5 | Handicap: 12
Number 13 plays slightly downhill. Two fairway bunkers on the left can come into play off the tee and the lay up is protected by a bunker on the right. Approach shots must be well struck to avoid bunkers lining the green on the left and right.
Hole No. 14 | Par 3 | Handicap: 18
Another scoring opportunity awaits well-placed approaches here. This shorter par 3 plays downhill to a long, narrow green surrounded by bunkers front-left and right. A large swale eats up balls that hug the right fringe.
Hole No. 15 | Par 4 | Handicap: 4
With unique troubles left and right, this hole has little room for error off the tee. Longer drives can find a down slope in the fairway, getting extra roll. The putting surface is guarded by ridges and knolls deflecting poor shots.
Hole No. 16 | Par 4 | Handicap: 8
No. 16 is an uphill, left-to-right dogleg with water running up the left side and woods up the right. A deep front-left greenside bunker makes for difficult up and downs. An accurate approach will be rewarded with a great scoring opportunity.
Hole No. 17 | Par 4 | Handicap: 6
This hole plays severely uphill and right-to-left. The second shot is to a blind green with a false front sending wayward approaches away from the green. Distance control is a must on the second shot which plays longer than the distance.
Hole No. 18 | Par 5 | Handicap: 10
A long finishing hole that requires accuracy off the tee and in the second shot to avoid numerous fairway bunkers and trees. A downhill approach must carry a creek in front of the green and be placed on the right tier.
